As a small, dedicated team in Sultan, WA, we’re all about creating quality optics that complements your experiences on and off the mountain.
Every product with the Livin name should exceed your expectations, so if it ever falls short, reach out to us for an evaluation.
Our goggles and sunglasses are offered with a lifetime warranty, which includes defects in materials or manufacturing. If you need to file a warranty claim, Livin has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. Once we receive the damaged item, we will assess it and determine the length and cause of damage. If the claim is deemed valid, we are happy to replace the broken piece or the entire product depending on the circumstances.
Notes On What Isn't Covered
- Lifetime warranty does not mean a lifetime of a person but a lifetime of the product (2 years from date of purchase)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
- If you’re not the original owner of the product

Returns
All products ordered from Livin Optics can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For the items to be successfully returned, the items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact Customer Service at: support@livinoptics.com
Refunds will be issued via the form of the original payment.
