What is included in free shipping?
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping and returns on all full-price orders. Expedited shipping charges will be at an extra charge. Credit will not be issued on any shipping costs.
Standard Shipping (4-6 business days, must be valid USPS address) - Free!
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business day via UPS or FedEx) - US $44.99
Where/How do you ship?
Currently we ship anywhere in North America (US/Canada).
Our standard shipping is through USPS, please enter an address that is deliverable through the postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery that is sent to a non-USPS address.
If you do require a non-USPS address, please use the expedited shipping option.
Do you charge tax?
For orders shipping in the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to states where tax is required to be collected by law for online purposes.
For orders shipping to Canada, taxes and duties will be charged at checkout. All shipments are sent duty and tax paid, the price you see during checkout will be the final price you pay.
When will I receive my order?
We process most orders in 1-2 business days, M-F and exclude holidays. We do our best to ship same-day however during busy periods the processing of your order could take longer.
We'll send you an email once your order ships with a tracking number and link to where you can see shipment status. Please allow 24 hours from time of shipment to see tracking info on carrier's website. Please check junk/spam folders if you don't see an email with your order/tracking info.
Can I buy locally?
We are a direct-to-consumer brand so that we can maximize savings for our customers. We are not currently selling our line of goggles and sunglasses to retailers, passing savings to you.
Is there a warranty on lens scratches?
Scratches are not considered a manufacturer's defect and not covered under the two-year warranty. Lens scratches are the result of of something coming into contact with the lenses and not a defect of the materials.
What is Livin's return policy?
Livin Optics prides itself on providing a quality product and we want you to be satisfied with your goggles and sunglasses. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right. Please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll arrange a return. We do require that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging. You can contact us at support@livinoptics.com.
How do I determine if my optics will be covered under warranty?
Livin Optics eyewear (goggles and sunglasses) are warrantied for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from our website (provide order number). The Livin Optics warranty does not cover any lens scratches, item loss, or accidental breakage.

Do you have an OTG (over-the-glasses) snow goggle?
Yes! Our Victus goggle are designed to be OTG compatible and will fit most glasses 5.5" wide x 2" tall.
The Zoe goggle will accomodate most glasses, however the Victus was designed specifically for OTG for gaurenteed fit.
